Lake Ruby France is home to two stunning, exclusively-booked gravel pit lakes nestled in the heart of the Champagne region — just over three hours from Calais. Both lakes are yours for the week: no other anglers, no strangers on the bank, just your group and some of the finest carp fishing France has to offer.
Lake Ruby is a weed-free, gin-clear, 19-acre gravel pit, home to around 450 fish including residents to 67lb. Lake Ruby 2 – The Social Lake offers a more intimate, tree-lined setting across 6 acres with four swims and its own fully-equipped cabin — perfect for a smaller group looking for a social trip.
With food packages, on-site bait, boat hire, WiFi, mains electric and hot showers — everything is taken care of so you can focus on the fishing.

Around 450 fish in Lake Ruby and 185 in Lake Ruby 2, with regular stocking each winter and an ongoing plan to grow both stocks further.
The team are on hand throughout your stay. Food packages, bait, boats and all the essentials are available on site.
Both lakes are available on an exclusive basis only. Every swim is yours for the week — ideal for syndicates, groups and social trips.

Arrival from 12:30pm Saturday. Departure no later than 09:30am the following Saturday (09:00 from 2027 onwards).
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The final balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
The key for Lake Ruby 2 is collected from Lake Ruby at 12:30pm on arrival day, when the gates open.
